What if, sticking their head in the sand and hoping that the Bank, the Creditors, the Repo Man or the Realtors will go away, just makes the inevitable outcome worse and more stressful?

We have all heard "knowledge is Power". Why wouldn't someone want the facts about their options to Avoid Foreclosure? If knowledge is truly power, why is it that so many people don't care to get more?

Now, we realize there are many scams being committed on distressed homeowners. This is the exact reason we have been actively reaching out to individual homeowners directly. No Charge, No Obligation, No Strings Attached.

Do we want to list and sell homes? YES! We also know that the short sale option is not viable for everyone.

Should homeowners know about Loan Modification and be told up front by a neutral party how that process works and that 95% of them end up in Foreclosure anyway and Why? YES!

Are there some homeowners that actually getting foreclosed on could be the best option for them? Yes!

Is there a right time and a wrong time to file Bankruptcy and do we believe that attorneys are not telling homeowners the full story about Bankruptcy? YES!

So if you are "hiding" from the bank. Avoiding their calls and ours. Getting your information from a friend, neighbor or relative who has no knowledge of your situation or financial position. Listening to only one option. Or....worse yet....not talking to anyone at all.........

PLEASE get the accurate information you need to make an educated decision about the best option for you and your housing and financial situation.

There are too many ways to avoid foreclosure and move on with your life in a dignified fashion.

Call or Email us right away, before they file the Foreclosure proceedings.

"People helping People End the Financial Crisis"

Yvonne & John Arnold CRS,CDPE

(951) 212-9555

Yvonne@YvonneArnold.com

Thu, 05 Jan 2012 00:11:27 GMThttp://www.endingfinancialcrisis.com/2091549/2012/01/05/When-you-are-sent-a-lifeboat-and-decide-not-to-take-it.aspxForeclosure Heat Map for Californiahttp://www.endingfinancialcrisis.com/1941048/2011/10/23/Foreclosure-Heat-Map-for-California.aspx

If you would like more information about a specific location, Give me a call or email.

"People helping People End the Financial Crisis"

Yvonne Arnold CRS,CDPE

Yvonne@YvonneArnold.com

Idaho: (208) 610-9415

California: (951) 212-9555
Sun, 23 Oct 2011 22:42:09 GMThttp://www.endingfinancialcrisis.com/1941048/2011/10/23/Foreclosure-Heat-Map-for-California.aspxShort Sale and Mortgage Fraud Riseshttp://www.endingfinancialcrisis.com/1935330/2011/10/18/Short-Sale-and-Mortgage-Fraud-Rises.aspx
California #1 Short Sale and Mortgage Fraud in the Nation!

There has been a much higher level of Federal investigation in the Riverside/SanBernardino County areas in the last year for Mortgage/ShortSale Fraud. been visiting Distsressed Homeowners in and around Sandpoint, Idaho.

I am being told that some of them have had strangers coming to their homes and mowing their lawn, getting estimates to re-roof their home, and a myriad of other strange things. This is something that I don't understand, considering that until the Bank actually takes the home back at Auction they cannot do any kind of repairs to the property nor can they enter the property without the Owners consent.

We might be in North Idaho....But law is the law!

If you or someone you know is behind on their payments, please contact me right away, there are many options to avoid foreclosure. Information is Power.

"People Then sold them to the world, made a ton of money and then the hedge fund manager bet against the CDO's. The investors of the CDO's had no idea what they were buying and did not know the creator was planning on betting against them.

The hedge fund and it's employees are not named in the investigation because they were not involved in marketing the bonds to 3rd parties...Goldman Sachs did that.

"Mr. Paulson (hedge fund manager) took home $4 billion in 2007 for correctly betting on a housing collapse." At this time there is no signs that he will be criminally charged.

Some may ask why it took 3 years for it to finally get to this point and now that it's all coming out does it really matter to the "man on the street"? These are not criminal charges that have been brought against Goldman Sachs, they are civil charges. From a taxpayers perspective, it seems that everyone on the higher levels of Government and Wall Street, had a lot to do with the housing collapse and now those same people, including the SEC are putting on a "dog and pony" show for the American public.

How does this help the housing crisis? What does it mean for the taxpaying consumer losing their home in foreclosure? In my humble oppinion...Nothing.

What a distressed homeowner needs to know is that the governement and the banking industry have given us some tools to try and work out the housing crisis. They are complicated and not very fine tuned products, but we have them, none the less. So we must try to use them to help individual homeowners get out of these hard times with the least amount of damage.

I have tried to take a pro-active stance on the Real Estate market we have been handed. My advice is don't try to go this alone. Contacting your bank or servicer can be one of the most frustrating and stressful things you will go through if you are upside down on your home mortgage. Take advantage of the information I have. Don't hesitate to ask me questions...you're not bothering me. The sooner we can help more people make the right decision for their individual situations, the sooner this crisis will be over.

"People helping People End the Financial Crisis"

Yvonne Arnold CRS,CDPE

California: (951) 212-9555

Idaho:
